Pamela Phelan is honored to join Moore Speech. With a career spanning 26 years in teaching, Pamela has dedicated 24 of those years to math education. She has extensive experience as a math interventionist, working with RTI/MTSS math students for the past 15 years in Huffman ISD. Her expertise covers a broad range of grades, from kindergarten through 7th grade.

Pamela firmly believes that all students can learn and sees it as her responsibility to find their connection to math using a variety of manipulatives and strategies. Her passion lies in working with children to strengthen their math skills, close learning gaps, and build confidence in the subject.

Outside of her professional life, Pamela has a 22-year-old son who recently married and moved to England to be with his new wife. She is also an active volunteer, dedicating the last four years to working with the youth at FBC Huffman.
